Building a Home for Tomorrow's Leaders
At Divine Excellence Leadership Academy (D.E.L.A.), we are on a mission to create more than just a program-we are building a permanent home where young people can discover their potential, develop leadership skills, and gain the confidence needed to succeed in life.
Many children have never been given the opportunity to learn professional etiquette, financial literacy, public speaking, leadership, personal presentation, or career readiness in a structured and supportive environment. D.E.L.A. was created to bridge that gap by providing life-changing experiences that prepare students for success far beyond the classroom.
Our vision is to establish a permanent academy facility where youth can gather in a safe, inspiring, and professional setting. This building will serve as a place where students can participate in leadership workshops, etiquette training, mentoring programs, educational events, career development activities, fashion showcases, community experiences that help shape their future.

Our mission is to provide youth with leadership development, etiquette training, life skills, financial literacy, confidence building, character development, and mentorship in a safe and inspiring environment.
