As a mother of 5 children ranging in age from 3 to 14, including a child with special needs, I understand firsthand the joys, challenges, and responsibilities of raising children in today's world. Between balancing family life, working full-time, and pursuing my own dreams, I have developed a deep appreciation for the importance of guidance, mentorship, character development, and community support in helping young people thrive. My passion for youth development began long before the creation of Divine Excellence & Leadership Academy. As a young teenager, I attended etiquette classes and leadership camps through my church in San Francisco. Those experiences left a lasting impression on my life and helped shape the confident, capable woman I am today. The lessons I learned in communication, leadership, respect, confidence, and personal presentation continue to influence me in both my personal and professional life. Over the years, I have witnessed the growing need for positive role models, meaningful mentorship, and life skills education for today's youth. Many children are intelligent and talented, yet often lack opportunities to develop confidence, communication skills, leadership abilities, financial literacy, and social etiquette in a supportive environment. As both a parent and community-minded leader, I believe every child deserves to be seen, encouraged, and equipped with the tools necessary to succeed. I also believe families should have access to experiences that strengthen relationships, build confidence, and create lasting memories together. Divine Excellence & Leadership Academy was created to be more than a program-it is a vision, a community, and a commitment to the next generation. Through leadership development, etiquette education, life skills training, family-centered experiences, and mentorship, our goal is to inspire young ladies and gentlemen to lead with grace, live with purpose, and pursue lifelong success. My hope is that every child who walks through our doors leaves with greater confidence, stronger character, deeper wisdom, and a belief in their own potential. If we can help shape even one life for the better, then we are creating a legacy that will impact generations to come.
